Edwin Music Channel: Mesma

EDWIN recently spoke with MESMA, the Paris-based independent label and creative studio best known for its work in electronic and experimental music. Founded in Paris in 2012, MESMA has evolved from a record label into a broader platform encompassing music, events, publishing, art direction, design, and production.

The partnership brought the pair together in Paris for an evening of music and creative exchange. The event included a live set by Parisian DJ and producer Roman Delore, whose vibe aligned with MESMA’s approach to immersive experiences in unexpected spaces.

The project also features an interview with MESMA co-founder Gabriel Mester, who talks about the evolution of the label, its event strategy, and the need to find new spaces and communities in cities such as Paris, New York, and Madrid. Along with the interview, EDWIN also includes a visual recap and an introspective mix recorded at the event.
