Carhartt WIP Celebrates the Launch of WIP Magazine Issue 11 in Istanbul

On July 11, 2025, we at Flendergroup had the pleasure of hosting a special event in collaboration with Carhartt WIP, celebrating the launch of WIP Magazine Issue 11 in Istanbul. Held at NOH Extended, the space was transformed into an immersive installation titled Material World—a mix of large-scale visuals, short films, and found objects that explored community, culture, and storytelling.

The evening brought together a wide mix of creatives—artists, skaters, and friends from across Istanbul’s scene—who came to experience the installation and enjoy the atmosphere. Music was at the heart of the event, with sets by Sami Baha, Umut Ozcan, and Vivi keeping the space alive from start to finish.

For us, this was more than just a magazine launch. It was a shared moment—a gathering of people, ideas, and perspectives that made the night feel both grounded and electric. Seeing Istanbul’s creative and skate communities come together in one space reminded us of the power of collaboration.
